The Suedey Promise 

 

We promise we take the time to see past the obvious. Whether it's your changing skin tone that needs a slightly deeper contrast to your highlights to bring back your youthful glow, or a refreshed shape to your beloved bob. We don't do colour by numbers. 

We always want you to feel your very best, so if in the first week your cut doesn't feel right, we'll review with you and adjust free of charge.

Your comfort is paramount, so we serve the best organic teas, hot water bottles and blankets in colder weather, and if you prefer a private space for your treatment, we can arrange this by prior agreement. If you have any concerns, check our FAQs. 

We offer all the products we use on your hair for direct sale, so you can take home the salon experience. Please ask us if you would like us to prepare a kit for you to take home ahead of time. 

 

As Mark only offers 14 bookable slots a week, we recommend working with another stylist (Gents and shorter haired Ladies Naoko is the Queen of creative precision cuts). We can advise on the best person to suit your style if this idea appeals.

If you prefer a little more space and a calm environment, Mark's Sunday & Monday sessions are ideal for a more serene and relaxing experience. Book in advance to secure your slot. Alternatively, if you like a buzzy atmosphere, Tuesday, Wednesday,  Friday and Saturdays are the sessions for you.
