Rebook discount
Rebook discount applies to appointments booked within 10 weeks of your last appointment.
Note: Your stylist may request a deposit or the full amount which must be paid up to 72 hours before your appointment to prevent it be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget your appointment or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that slot or offer it to clients on our waiting list.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee from £49 per hour booked will apply.
Mark's cancellation fee is £75 per hour booked.
FAQs
Why have I been asked to pay a surcharge?
Sometimes life gets in the way, and you may find your regular appointment frequency has slipped. Whilst we always try to give our clients some grace, after 10 weeks, a haircut is no longer a maintenance appointment, but a full restyle. With our proprietary lasting colour, we find that colour grows out at around 4-6 months to the point where it is no longer suitable for a standard regrowth appointment. We need extra planning, cutting, product and application time. This is what the surcharge covers.
I need to cancel. What is your policy?
We can't fill appointments when the notice is short. With this in mind, we have a policy that protects us both. We request confirmation and a 50% deposit 48 hours before your appointment. For complex or high-demand slots, we may request 100%. Since the services are reserved for you personally, the appointment deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within this period.
Can I bring my dog/baby/friend?
We like to welcome everyone where possible, but we ask you to discuss this with us in advance, as we need to ensure other clients are also comfortable, from allergies to noise sensitivities.
I have to make a call during my appointment, is that ok?
We may have a room available to take a call, or an online meeting, so please do ask. We have several allocated quiet zones throughout the salon to ensure that our clients enjoy the restorative benefits of their treatments, so we ask that these are respected. These include the shampoo lounge and in the chair - chatting with your stylist is welcome, but for example, loud personal FaceTime calls are not.
